For the past twelve years, I've worked as a consultant, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master across a diverse range of companies and enterprises. As a freelancer, I've had the opportunity to immerse myself in the dynamics of small startups, medium-sized enterprises, and large corporations. My responsibilities have encompassed implementing agile practices, assembling agile teams, and spearheading agile transformations. Additionally, I've conducted extensive training sessions, equipping hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, managers, and even CEOs with agile knowledge.
I founded #białko, the largest agile knowledge source in Poland and a leading training company. Through #białko, I've delivered numerous training sessions and workshops covering a wide array of topics such as agile methodologies, Scrum, scaled Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, team management, requirement engineering, User Stories, Product Discovery, estimation, and more.
Furthermore, I've authored books (currently available only in Polish) and actively contribute to YouTube and my blog (also available only in Polish), with English content in the pipeline.
I am currently open and available for part-time and full-time contracts, training sessions, workshops, consultations, agile audits, assistance with transformations or scaling efforts, and much more.

About Me
I am actively engaged in promoting agile methods and the Scrum framework both online and offline. I regularly produce weekly videos for the #białko YouTube channel, contribute articles to our blog, and speak about Scrum and agile at various conferences. Additionally, I serve as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, conducting trainings and workshops under the #białko brand.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing drums, sailing, riding motorbikes, and participating in various sports activities.
